We are equipped with professional-grade LED continuous lights, electronic stabilizers, wireless audio equipment, and 4K recording monitors. Our well-maintained gear is suitable for commercials, YouTube video production, interviews, live streaming, and MV shoots.
Whether you are an independent filmmaker, a production company, or a content creator, we offer flexible daily rental or in-studio hourly rental plans. Dream Scenes Studio Video Equipment Rental FAQ
| Q1: Does renting LED lights include stands or softboxes? |

| Renting an LED light head typically includes only the standard reflector and power cable. Light stands (C-Stands or standard stands) and modifiers (such as Softboxes) usually need to be rented separately or depend on the package. We recommend listing your required accessories when inquiring, and we will provide a complete quote. |
| Q2: Can the LED lights run on batteries? |
| Most of our Aputure and Nanlite fixtures (e.g., LS 300X, 600D, Nova P300C) support V-Mount battery power, making them suitable for outdoor shoots. However, the rental fee generally does not include high-capacity V-Mount batteries. If you need an outdoor power solution, please let us know when booking so we can arrange battery rentals. |
| Q3: How do I book a stabilizer or audio equipment? |
| Please send us your required equipment list (e.g., DJI RS 4 Pro x1, Rode Wireless Go II x1), shooting dates, and pickup/return times via WhatsApp or email. We will check availability and provide a quotation. Equipment is reserved upon confirmation of payment. |
| Q4: Do you provide teaching on how to balance the stabilizer (Gimbal)? |
| We can provide a basic power-on test during handover to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly. Since the center of gravity varies with different camera and lens combinations, we recommend that renters have basic knowledge of stabilizer balancing or allow extra time during pickup to perform a quick test. |
| Q5: How are overtime fees calculated? |
| If equipment is not returned by the agreed time, overtime fees will apply. For in-studio hourly rentals, overtime is usually calculated on a pro-rata basis. For daily rentals, late returns may incur an additional day’s rental fee depending on the delay. Please refer to the terms on the quotation for details. |
| Q6: Do you offer delivery services? |
| We offer point-to-point equipment delivery and collection services (via Gogovan or truck). The cost depends on the location and the amount of equipment. For large lighting gear (such as Litepanels Gemini 2×1 or multiple Aputure 600Ds), we recommend using our delivery service to ensure safe transport. |
