Dream Scenes Studio is located in Block B of Wah Tat Industrial Centre in Kwai Hing, delivering all-round venue support for professional image creation.
The studio spans about 2,800 sq ft with a 12.5 ft ceiling for an expansive sense of space,
and features an 8 m × 6 m large white seamless cyclorama plus an 8 m wide white wall,
perfectly supporting commercial photography, fashion shoots, and video production.
The venue is fitted with top-tier Broncolor and Aputure LED lighting systems plus 200A three-phase power,
ensuring worry-free operation of high-powered gear.
We provide 24/7 rental service along with off-site gear packages to fit your production schedule flexibly.

Commercial shoots apply to both private and commercial applications such as social media ads (e.g. Facebook, IG Shop posts), publications, corporate websites, or product shoots.

| Studio Rental Terms |

| 1. The rate only includes the equipment listed above. |
| 2. Clients must remove their shoes or apply adhesive tape to the soles before entering the cyclorama area. If any damage occurs to the cyclorama, a repair fee of HKD $15,000 will be charged to the client. |
| 3. Background paper can be rolled out up to 2 meters onto the floor. Any extension beyond 2 meters will be charged at HKD $40 per foot. |
| 4. Please remain the studio tidy and clean up the trash after the shoot, otherwise $1500 surcharge. |
| 5. Please put back all equipment after the shoot to the original place, otherwise $1500 surcharge. |
| 6. 5 mins free preparation time is given for all bookings. No shooting is allowed during the free preparation time. Full hourly rate will be charged if overrun for more than 5 mins (Please leave enough time for cleaning and put everything back to its original place) |
| 7. In order not to affect the next client, there won’t be added time for any delay. Please kindly arrive on time. |
| 8. If clients damage any equipment/ things of the studio, they will need to pay back accordingly. |
| 9. Dream Scenes Studio is not responsible for any loss of clients. |
| 10. No smoking or fire at the studio. |
| 11. If #8 or higher/ Black rain signal was in force by HKO before 8am. Booking will be cancelled, and client can reschedule within 30 days without charge. |
| 12. Dream Scenes Studio all rights for final explanation. |
| 13. In case trigger does not work with your camera, DS will take no responsibility. |
| 14. In case of discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version in respect of all or any part of the contents in here, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
