From high‑speed D2 1000W to the compact and portable B10X Plus,
paired with RFi / OCF softboxes, Zoom Reflectors, Umbrella Deep and other modifiers,
our inventory covers studio shoots, fashion, commercial products and fast on‑location projects.
All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained. We provide Profoto Air / Connect Pro triggers
and can arrange gaffers, assistants, delivery and on‑site lighting setup.

| Q1: How do I start renting Profoto equipment? |

| Please list the lights and accessories you need, rental dates, pick‑up and return time, and whether delivery is required. Send these details via WhatsApp or email and we will reply with availability and an official quote. |
| Q2: Can you suggest lighting setups or packages? |
| Yes. Based on your subject, framing and budget, we can configure a mixed D2 / B10X Plus lighting setup, choose suitable softbox sizes and reflectors, and also help you book our studio or other gear in one go. |
| Q3: Do you provide delivery and gaffers? |
| We can arrange delivery and collection across Hong Kong, and send a gaffer on site to set up and help configure Profoto Air / TTL / HSS. All related fees will be listed clearly in the quotation. |
| Q4: What should I pay attention to when picking up and returning equipment? |
| When picking up, please check all batteries, heads, power cables and accessories. When returning, keep everything clean, neatly coil the cables and place the gear back into its original cases. If there has been dust, sand or rain exposure on location, please let us know in advance so we can schedule inspection time. |
| Q5: What happens if equipment is damaged or returned late? |
| Please notify us immediately. Damage will be charged according to the repair or replacement cost, and late returns will be billed at the daily rental rate. For larger productions you may consider production insurance for additional protection. |
| Q6: Do you require a deposit? |
| High‑value or on‑location kits may require a security deposit or proof of insurance. The exact amount and terms will be stated in the quotation and rental agreement. |
| Q7: Which camera systems do you support? |
| We provide Profoto Air Remote and Connect Pro (Sony / Nikon), and can help Canon and Fujifilm users arrange compatible triggers where available. |
