Due to its lightweight material composition, it is not heat-compatible with studio monolights or heads using hot high-wattage halogen modeling lamps (like the Profoto D2 1000W or Pro heads).

A: No. We strictly advise against using OCF modifiers on the Profoto D2 series or studio lamp heads featuring 300W/600W halogen modeling lamps. The continuous high heat can scorch or melt the lightweight OCF fabrics. For the D2, please rent our Profoto RFi 2’x3′ softbox instead.
