A: For absolute safety, you must completely disconnect the Pulso G lamp head from the power pack, and wait at least 15 minutes for the fixture to cool completely. Carefully remove the protective glass dome. Pull the old bulb straight out vertically without twisting. When inserting the new lamp, never touch the quartz glass with bare fingers—the skin oils will cause localized overheating and drastically shorten the bulb’s life. Always wear clean cloth gloves or use a protective cloth.
