| Q2: Should I rent the Sony FX3 or the Fujifilm GFX 100 II for my shoot? |
| If your project is mainly video production, commercials, interviews or event coverage, we recommend the Sony FX3 — it is lightweight with excellent low‑light and cooling performance, and is even more versatile with the DJI RS 4 Pro stabilizer and wireless video transmission. If you need advertising stills, large product images and high‑resolution printing, we recommend the Fujifilm GFX 100 II 100‑megapixel medium format, which delivers greater detail and tonal depth. | Yes. If you have budget constraints or your shooting plan changes, you can request modifications based on the quotation. We will, where possible, suggest alternative body or lens combinations, for example using different focal lengths or apertures to achieve similar results. |
| Q5: How do I confirm the rental and lock the gear and dates? |
| Once you confirm the official quotation, payment of the rental fee is required to secure the gear and shooting dates. After payment is received, we will send a confirmation and arrange pick‑up or delivery with you. |
| Q6: What happens if equipment is damaged or lost? |
| If any damage or loss occurs during the rental period, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and calculate repair or replacement costs, then work with you to agree on a fair compensation or repair arrangement. |
| Q7: Do you provide delivery and collection services? |
| We can arrange local delivery and collection within Hong Kong on request. Fees vary depending on location, time and the amount of equipment, and will be clearly listed in the quotation. You are also welcome to pick up and return equipment in person at Block B, Wah Tat Industrial Centre in Kwai Hing. |
