For example: Siros as key, Scoro + Pulso heads for fill and background, and Para as key or rim light. We can also suggest backup gear to reduce production risk. |
| Q3: Do you provide delivery, installation and gaffers? |
| We can arrange delivery and collection across Hong Kong, and provide a gaffer or lighting assistant to help with set‑up, including pairing Broncolor RFS triggers, adjusting power ratios and light metering. Fees are calculated based on the amount of equipment, distance and working hours, and will be clearly listed in the quotation. |
| Q4: What should I pay attention to when picking up and returning equipment? |
| When picking up, please check all lamp heads, power packs, reflectors, power cables, triggers and accessories together with our staff before signing. When returning, keep the gear dry and clean, coil all cables properly and place everything back in the original cases or bags. If the equipment has been used outdoors, on a beach, in rain or in smoke/fog environments, please inform us in advance so we can allow extra time for inspection and maintenance. |

| If you notice any damage, water ingress or serious scratches, please inform us immediately and, if possible, provide photos or video. Damaged parts will be charged according to official repair or replacement costs, while late returns are usually charged at the daily rental rate or as stated in the contract. For large‑scale or high‑risk productions, we recommend clients arrange additional production insurance. |

| If Dream Scenes Studio is supplying a gaffer or lighting crew for your shoot, part or all of the equipment deposit can usually be reduced or waived. For dry‑hire (equipment only, without our crew), a deposit will be charged based on the total replacement value of the rental package. The exact deposit amount and refund conditions will be clearly stated in the quotation and rental contract. |
